Mission:
R.C.S.L. is a recreational soccer league for Adult Men & Women ages 18 and older. The purpose of the R.C.S.L. is to promote health, fitness, fun and commrodery through the sport of soccer, throughout Californias lower Inland Empire, specifically Temecula/Murrieta and the surrounding areas. R.S.C.L. is governed by FIFA, USSF and USASA rules and regulations, except as amended by R.C.S.L. published rules and regulations, and by League Officials.
Intent:
- To increase and promote the sport of soccer through Teamwork, Fair Play and Sportsmanship.
- Provide competitive competition among player and teams.
- Provide players of all experience levels with physical training, Development Training and improve players overall/general and basic soccer skills.
